classy YEAH!

OOOAAH! One of the rare movies at newgrounds that takes on a classical spin to it! That movie was great.
I only wish you would add some DUST effect and some shutter blinking to the movie to make it feel like an old tape from 70s. That will completely make your viewers forget that this is flash!
once again- excellent job and a story!

AfterEffect rather then flash..

BUT!---
Do someone of you know that the movies can be done in Adobe AfterEffect which gives an option to export movie as FLASH SWF!
I bet there is a chance that this artist does that in Aftereffect and export it as flash.
(I am not trying to offend it , just making a point)
and one thing is- the whole movie is basically slideshow with comics bubles.
Oh well, noone said that this should not be done. Looks great, anyway. The artworks show that they were done for months and months. Surely a defenite underlined style.

beter than I thought!

i read reviews first then I watched the movie. And it was better than I expected. Only that guy cprites brudy , whatever he is, anyway- DOESN'T FIT the Sonic theme at all.
Anyway story is okaym I mean nothing idiotic or completely redicilous.- up to topic. Always happy to see my favorite Blue Hedgehog out here and there!
What I see you did good- YOU DID NOT OVERSCALE any sprites! Many sprite moveis show characters upclose, and it look horrible. Glead you didn't do it! Also you used the cprite animation sequences in good order so they flown well without any major visual shifts.

Therefore- not bad! Wish to see more Sonic stuff in the future!
PS- GO TAKE A LOOK AT SONIC ADVENTURE DEMO!

Anout the Brolly character being in a Sonic movie, I put him there coz he's well know in Dragonball Z for being such a kick ass fighter...

wery catchy! Especially when I keep seing my favorite blue dude with his friends! can't wait to see it! PLEASE MAKE FAST ACTIONS THERE! IT WILL ROCK!
one suggestion- the sprites look TERRIBLE when enlarged.. If I were you, I would redraw them in flash. That's not a big deal- just about 5 to 10 frames as the sprites. But it will make your movie not look like riped out spritesheet. Just trace them. (and it will make your movie have less size in megs! TRUST ME! hope you do it!

IF you did not ply that game, than you won't undrs

MANY PEOPLE DON"T UNDERSTAND THIS ONE-
the funny thing is, that in this level in the SONIC game, you do not get killed by fans, but you just get blown away by the wind it creates, and never getting hurt. Those who played the game, used to run through those fans so often that it became common.
now this cartoon breaks the rool of game.
i AM A BIG SONIC FAN again, so even if it is a spoof, I enjoy just to see Sonic around.
BTW- the sprites you used were too fussy, I know they look alot better. Sonic is very cool, that he would just laugh at those spoofs. :)
ONCE AGAIN- you have to be familiar with the game and this level, to understand the joke.
